Our Director of Wine and Management collaborate to create the finest selection of both the restaurant and wine retail industry. It is rare to find these two segments under one roof, but the unique characteristics of Tastings allows for such an assortment.

We have developed a series of criteria each wine must meet. For consideration to be included in our selection, each wine must:

  • Give exceptional representation of it’s varietal (the grape from which it is made)
  • Have distinct qualities separating it from the norm


We hold no prejudice as to whether our wines come from large, prominent vineyards or from best-kept-secrets in remote areas of wine country. Many of our wines are rated quite well in popular magazines such as “Wine Spectator” and “Wine Enthusiast”. However, we have sought out a few of the unheralded, small producers who create gems year after year.

Uncommonly found on restaurant wine lists or shelves in your local wine shop, these bottles are often the best bargains.

  • We generally keep each wine in rotation for 2-3 months, then bring in a new label. This allows us to offer new wines each week.
  • If you liked a wine that we no longer carry-don’t sweat it, we’ll order it at no additional cost for you
