We believe in order to enjoy a fabulous wine it must be served at its prime. Most bottles of wine can go bad or oxidize within a few days of opening. However, the Enomatic tasting machines preserve the condition of the wine for a much longer period of time. By lowering the amount of oxygen and increasing the amount of nitrogen, each connection creates a vacuum-like seal, essentially causing the condition of the wine to be frozen in time. The machines give you the ability to sample a $10 award-winning bottle of wine or that $150 bottle you have heard about and have been wanting to taste.

Our unique method makes learning about a wine easy, and fun.

  • Step 1: Read the brief description of any of the over 100 wines at our tasting stations, noting the varietal, vintage, aromas and flavors the wine maker feels you will experience. When you find a wine that intrigues you...

  • Step 2: Use our Tasting's Card to pour a sample of your selected wines. Your observations can be noted on our Tasting's Notecards. Continue tasting until your find the wine you absolutely love. We suggest you pour a 1/2 glass or glass. Observe the letter and number associated with the wine, and then...

  • Step 3: Learn more about your favorite wine in our Tasting's Wine Books located throughout the store. We review the winery, winemakers, wine making methods, awards and recognitions, food pairings, etc.

  • You can select this wine in our retail section as a gift or to share with someone. We know it is special to present a wine and be able to comfortably discuss the uniqueness of the wine and its favorable attributes.

Congratulations, you are now an expert on this particular wine!

That's it! That is the TASTING'S WINE EXPERIENCE.
