Our Wines

Our wine selection is a collaboration of the restaurant and wine retail industries.  It is rare to find these two segments under one roof but the unique characteristics of Tastings allows for such an assortment.  Each wine selected must meet a criteria of exceptional representation of it's varietal and have distinct qualities separating it from the norm.

We hold no prejudice as to whether our wines come from large, prominent vineyards or from best-kept-secrets in remote areas of wine regions.   Many of our wines are rated by both "Wine Spectator" and "Wine Enthusiast".  However, we have sought out a few of the unheralded, small producers who create gems year after year.

We generally keep each wine in rotation for 2-3 months then bring in a new label.  This allows us to offer new wines each week.   Please stop by to see what's new.
